I work with an estate dealer in Japan to source high quality knives (often in families for generations) to import. Knives arrive in rough condition and I bring them back to life. Each knife is uniquely restored by hand to bring out the best qualities! Depending on the condition and type of knife I often make a truly custom handle from the highest quality materials. These knives often have signs of many years of use they are not "brand-new" making each one a work of art.
